Duke and Daisy got to thinking about kids today with all the Covid -19 restrictions that kept them from their usual fun activities. They decided that Peter Pan would be a guy to help kids have fun and feel free and adventurous. Since the author of Peter Pan is J.M. Barrie and it’s Mr. Barrie’s birthday on May 9; it would be fun to remember Mr. Barrie’s birthday and spend time with Peter Pan. They think that the birthday of Mr. Barrie is sort of like the birthday of Peter Pan.
For starters, they would like to introduce the birthday boy and his creation.

Peter Pan is a fictional character created by Scottish novelist and playwright J. M. Barrie. Mr. Barrie created a free-spirited and mischievous young boy who can fly and never grows up. He is also the leader of the Lost Boys, interacting with fairies, pirates, mermaids, Native Americans, and occasionally ordinary children from the world outside Neverland.
